Shipping Policy

We offer flat-rate domestic shipping via USPS Priority Mail for your convenience:

  • Small Package: $10

  • Medium Package: $15

Orders typically arrive within 4 business days after processing. You will receive a shipment notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping: International shipping rates are determined by USPS based on weight and destination. We cannot offer expedited shipping at this time.

Please note that transit times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase!

 

We handle exchanges and returns on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair and personalized experience.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@etoseed.co with your order number and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond with further instructions within 5 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria.
